Rapid City · Black Hills

A monumental bakery
carved into the Black Hills.

Hand-pulled s'mores, regional pastry, and small-batch coffee — built around the landscape we live in. Open daily on Main Street.

Made each morning

Graham crackers baked on-site by 5 a.m. Marshmallows hand-cut. Nothing sits past noon.

Sourced near home

Coffee that travels well

Roasted in small batches and pulled to order — or take a 12oz bag down the trail.
