Toasted coconut graham, milk chocolate, blueberry marshmallow. Named for the lake — quiet and a little blue.

Allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs in most items. Tree nuts in The Needles, The Mickelson. Ask about a vegan graham — we make a small batch on Saturdays.
Roasted in small batches in-house. Beans rotate; the bar will tell you what's pulling well today.
Our house dark roast. Cocoa, toasted pecan, a long finish. Free refill if you bring your own cup.
One bean, one brew. Ask what's on the bar — usually an Ethiopian or Guatemalan.

We grind the spices on Mondays. Cardamom-forward, not too sweet.
No coffee, no tea — just steamed milk, local honey, and lavender. For the smallest customer or the worst day.

Baked between 4 and 7 a.m. Whatever is left at noon is half off. Whatever is left at close goes to the food bank.
South Dakota's state dessert. Sweet yeast dough, custard, seasonal fruit on top. We make one every morning.
SD classic
Lemon-glazed, lavender-flecked. Named for the state flower. Light enough to break with a fork.
Honey cake, brown-butter glaze, toasted walnut. Whole 9-inch by special order.
Big oat-and-chocolate cookie. Crisp edges, soft middle. The name is a joke; the cookie is serious.
State-bird shaped, hand-iced. Kids love them. Adults pretend not to.
Croissant dough, cinnamon sugar, orange zest. Makes the shop smell like 6 a.m.

Mixed-berry tart inspired by traditional wojapi — chokecherry, plum, juneberry. Made with care and respect.
Summer
Lavender graham, white chocolate, blueberry-honey marshmallow. Only while the wildflowers bloom.
June–July
House maple syrup, espresso, milk, ice. Disappears the second the temperature breaks 70.
